Gymkhana, the acclaimed London-based restaurant with two Michelin stars, is set to debut its first U.S. location at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas this fall. Known for redefining Indian fine dining, Gymkhana draws inspiration from traditional Indian private clubs where high society gathered to dine, socialize, and play sport. The expansion marks a significant milestone for the brand and highlights the growing global appreciation for Indian cuisine.

Founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam, and Sunaina Sethi of JKS Restaurants, the London flagship is celebrated for its bold flavors, tandoor-grilled delicacies, regional curries, fragrant biryanis, and signature chaat-style plates. The Las Vegas outpost will feature these iconic dishes alongside exclusive creations tailored for the American market.

The bar program promises equal innovation, offering Indian-inspired cocktails that reinvent classic drinks with premium spirits and unique ingredients. This fusion of tradition and modernity will elevate the overall dining experience, aligning perfectly with Las Vegas’s reputation for world-class culinary destinations.

Ayesha Molino, president and COO of ARIA, expressed excitement about the collaboration: “Gymkhana in London has firmly established itself as a global destination. We're honored to bring this iconic brand to Las Vegas, delivering something truly unforgettable in a way only ARIA can.”

JKS Restaurants, which operates 35 venues and holds six Michelin stars across its portfolio, continues to expand internationally. Co-founder Jyotin Sethi emphasized that Las Vegas provides the perfect stage to showcase Indian cuisine at the forefront of fine dining.

This opening also complements JKS’s broader U.S. expansion, with its Ambassadors Clubhouse set to launch in New York City later this year. As anticipation builds, food enthusiasts can expect further announcements regarding opening dates and reservations.

Stay tuned as New India Abroad continues to bring updates on this remarkable addition to Las Vegas’s dining scene.
