“Every wave of disruption in IT services creates room for new leaders,” said Bhatt. “I’m inspired by Nous’ mission to be a true champion in the AI-first era. Our focus on select industries, agility, and value-centric approach position us to become the most trusted and innovative partner, not necessarily the largest.”

Ajith Pillai, Founder and Chairman of Nous Infosystems, welcomed Bhatt’s appointment, stating, “Milan’s track record and domain expertise align perfectly with our strategic goals. We’re excited to collaborate as we unlock long-term value for clients.”

TA Associates’ Managing Directors Adi Sharma and Dhiraj Poddar echoed the sentiment, noting Bhatt’s deep understanding of AI and cloud, and his ability to scale the business both organically and through M&A initiatives.

Nous Infosystems, headquartered in New Jersey, partners with enterprises and ISVs globally to deliver AI-driven digital solutions that transform industries. With Bhatt at the helm, the company is poised to strengthen its domain leadership across insurance, healthcare, and financial services.
