Maharana Pratap Jayanti Celebrated in Mumbai with a Skit

 Maharana Pratap Jayanti was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Mumbai as Mein Bharat Hoo organized a special skit performance at Bollywood Park, Film City. The event aimed to honor the legacy of Maharana Pratap, the legendary Rajput warrior known for his patriotism and valor.

The skit, directed by the Mein Bharat Hoo team, vividly brought to life the heroic journey of Maharana Pratap. Led by team members Bijay, Shobha, Arun Mundra, Nisha, and Govind, the group had previously organized a similar tribute in 2024. This year's performance once again succeeded in engaging the audience and reminding them of the values of courage, resilience, and love for the motherland.

Through dramatic storytelling and powerful enactments, the skit depicted various phases of Maharana Pratap’s life — from his childhood to his reign as the 13th king of the Sisodia Rajput dynasty. Special focus was given to the hardships he faced as a prince and later as a ruler who chose to resist foreign domination instead of surrendering.



A key highlight of the performance was the portrayal of the Battle of Haldighati in 1576, where Maharana Pratap, though outnumbered, stood firm against the mighty Mughal army. His bravery and commitment to protecting Mewar's sovereignty continue to inspire generations.

Audience members, including locals and history enthusiasts, praised the skit for its emotional depth and historical accuracy. Many felt that the program helped reignite pride in Indian history and its warriors.
